When do our employer fees start and stop?

Employer fees apply to a plan member in the month they join the plan and end in the month following their termination from the plan. We will provide a detailed breakdown of employer fees based on the number of members in the plan as of the end of the prior month. Two days advance notice will be provided when withdrawing funds from your account.
