The member works as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) as defined by their duties
- Defined by duties: In their role they provide assistance with personal care, daily living activities, and support tasks in home, community, or healthcare settings

- PSW work falls under NOC 33102 and NOC 44101 and all titles and job duties listed under these codes are eligible for the program
With at least one of their employers, the member does not receive retirement contributions of more than 1.0% of their income
- Their employer provides no contribution towards their retirement, or
- The employer provides a contribution of 1.0% or less of your pay towards your retirement
Member has worked the minimum hours and days - must meet both:
- At least 90 days worked in the past year
- At least 156 hours over those 90 days
