Payroll contributions are withdrawn from your employer's bank account once the payroll file is submitted to Common Wealth. After the file is uploaded, it usually takes 2-3 business days for the system to receive and invest the funds, which will then appear in your plan. If you do not see the funds in your plan 7 business days after your paycheque, please first check with your employer to ensure they have submitted the payroll file to Common Wealth. If your employer has confirmed that the file has been submitted, but you still don't see your contributions on the Common Wealth dashboard, please contact Common Wealth support for further assistance.
