If an employee missed or can't find their email enrollment invitation, you can resend it directly from your Employer Dashboard.
How to resend an enrollment invite:
- Locate the employee whose enrollment link you'd like to resend in the Employees List and click on their name to access their employee profile.
- If the employee has a Not Enrolled or Enrollment Incomplete status, click the Send Enrollment Invite button on their profile.
- The pop up window will display the email address the invite will be sent to.
- Confirm to send — the invitation is delivered immediately.
If you've already sent an invite, the re-clicking the "Send Enrollment Invite" will show the date and time it was last sent and remind the employee to check their spam or junk folder if they haven't received it.
Copying the enrollment link manually
The pop up window includes an option to copy the enrollment link directly so you can share it through another channel. Keep in mind that each link is unique to that individual employee and cannot be shared with or used by other employees.
What does "Enrollment Incomplete" mean?
An "Enrollment Incomplete" status means the employee created an account and set a password, but didn't finish the enrollment process. You can still resend an invite from their profile — they'll receive a re-engagement email with a link to sign in and complete enrollment.
